Quick 45 minute workout 

Today I only had 45 minutes to bust out a quick workout ! 
I’ll be right to it, here it is! 

Quick warm up sets

Triple set

BACK

4×10 each arm isolated cable lat pulldowns

SS

4×10 low row

SS

4×10 bent over lat push downs 
That’s literally all I did for back, but lifted heavy and minimal rest time 

BICEPS

4×10 db curls

SS

4×10 barbell curls

SS

4xfailure incline bent dumbbell curls lighter weight to burn out my biceps
And seriously. You’ll be toast, but something super fast super quick and effective!
